We launched the survey to find out more about the challenges agency decision makers face when it comes to their marketing technology stacks, in terms of the costs associated with them, the types of technology used and how these technologies enable you to report on campaign successes to your clients.
60% of survey respondents were from small agencies (with one – 19 members of staff). One of the findings with regards to this demographic was that 50% don’t pass their martech costs back to clients.
