Being a much-celebrated institution means the University of Greenwich has more students studying overseas with collaborative partners than any other UK university. So when running international events, they need to be efficient in their capturing and management of leads.
Previously, the University would rely on paper and excel spreadsheets, which, in the words of April Moore, International Recruitment Officer for the University of Greenwich, was ‘inconvenient, time-consuming and increased the amount of admin work transferring data between various systems.’
Akero was adopted by the University’s Open Day team to create more meaningful relationships with their audience – generating over 12,000 leads and running capture events in 21 countries.
